About Us
Raise & Release Ministries is a multinational, 501 c(3), non-profit, parachurch ministry that comes along side of churches to help them fulfill “The Great Commission”. We do that by “Raising Up Leaders” and train them “To Release The Gospel” on foreign mission fields.
We are committed to making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that Jesus has commanded in the gospels.
Since 2009 our founder and President Tony Festa has established relationships with four churches in Ecuador, providing financial support and leadership support for ministries in Quito, Shell, Mindo and surrounding areas. These long term pastoral relationships allow us to reach the unreached in outlying areas, including communities of indigenous peoples hoping to transition from the Amazon jungle to mainstream culture. The local ministries and short-term mission teams offer evangelism via door-to-door visitation and church or community events. New believers are then embraced by the local churches and discipled.
R&R has recently expanded into Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca Mexico where our ministry partner Gaby Morales is establishing a Christian based recovery house for drug addicts. In 2025 R&R also began supporting a local food bank near Shell, Ecuador and a skateboard ministry that reaches at risk youth in Quito, Ecuador.
